Dr. Morin has a teacher education background. He completed the Bachelor of Education Program (Drs) at the English Study Program-Department of Language and Arts Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Cenderawasih (UNCEN), 1986. Then he attended Graduate Diploma Program in TEFL at the Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Arts, Sydney University (Diploma on Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Arts, University of Sydney), 1988. Then he continued his study at the same university in the Master of Arts (MA) Program in TESOL at the Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Arts, Sydney University (Master of Arts on Teaching English as a Second Language – TESOL Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Arts, University of Sydney), 1990. She also found the Papua Integrated Science and Technology Foundation. Dr. Yane Ansanay has also worked as a companion for the Dusun Papua Children's Foundation, and has published several articles while assisting the Center for Women/Gender Studies at Cenderawasih University.

Dr. Waimbo holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Exeter, UK, a Master of Science in Renewable Energy and Resource Management from the University of South Wales, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Pelita Harapan University.

Abinus Sama is the Co-founder of the Institute for Border Studies Millennial Think Tank (IBS-MTT), Millennial Collaboration for Research, Empowerment and Advocacy in Jakarta. Served as vice chairman II of IBS-MTT in 2020-present. Active in the Papuan Oikumene Student Association in 2007-2010 in Merauke, Fakfak, Teminabuan, Sorong, Manokwari, and Serui mentoring by Pastor Solaeman Thedyan. Abinus has participated in an Internship for 3 months (January-March 2020) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, directorate of Asia, Pacific and Africa (Aspasaf).
