About Us
The International University of Papua (IUP) is one of the operational units of Maga Education Papua (MEP) Foundation that provides higher education programs for national and international students. The name international is used to mark IUP as the first international university in Papua in which the language of instruction to be used is English.
The university starts with the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FTE). Under these two faculties the university offers five study programs.
IUP is currently in partnership with other foreign universities and colleges. This is in line with its plan to adjust to the international qualification for higher learning worldwide. It also cooperates with national and international government and non-government institutions.
