Elia Musa Rawar, B.Eng., M.S.ETM., PM obtained his first-degree Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering from Shenyang Aerospace University, China (2015). After his return from China, he starts his career as an Intern Design Engineer at Garuda Indonesia. In 2017 Elia Rawar who is known as Moses or Elmus got another opportunity to get his master’s degree in technology and Management Engineering and successful achieving a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management (M.S.ETM) at Portland State University, USA (2020), where he also successfully completed the academic professional certificate program/ Graduate Certificate in Project Management (PM) 2021 and New Product Development (NPD) 2021.
After returning to Indonesia, he involved in several national and international projects to carry out the Republic Indonesia’s president's work program, Moses also active as a business consultant to increase the success of UMKM in Papua.
