Yoob Ginia, holds a Bachelor of Law (SH) degree in Civil Law (2008); informal educational skills in banking, namely: BRI credit analysis application (2006, 2005); BRI deskmen/tellers application (2000); BRI self-development application (1998); and BRI Operational System (1997). Prior to serving as Chair of the Papua Education Maga Foundation (2009), he had worked as an employee at the Matoa International hotel in Jayapura (1988 - 1990); and employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Jayapura Branch in Jayapura (1990-2009).
